This page explains how Investolytix handles personal data for our pre-launch website and waitlist. We've written it to be clear and GDPR-aligned, but you should review it against your own circumstances.

Who we are

Investolytix (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch project operated by Thanos Petsakos, based in Greece. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (www.investolytix.com). For any privacy question, contact thanos_petsakos@investolytix.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address (and any optional details you choose to provide). The form is processed on our behalf by Tally.
Usage information. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that reports aggregate, anonymous statistics (such as page views and referrers). It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not store information that identifies you personally.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

Waitlist email — to contact you about the launch of Investolytix and related updates. Legal basis: your consent (which you give by joining), and our legitimate interest in informing interested people about the launch. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Aggregate analytics — to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, balanced against your privacy (the data is anonymous and cookieless).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site, acting as our processors: Tally (waitlist form), Plausible (analytics), our website hosting provider, and our email provider (GoDaddy). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are intended to apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until the product launches and for a reasonable period afterwards to send you the access and updates you signed up for, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email thanos_petsakos@investolytix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless, so no cookie banner is required. The Tally form may set strictly necessary functional cookies when it opens, solely to make the form work.

Children

This site and the future service are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the project develops. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
